These terms are short on purpose. If a sentence would not hold up when you buy land, we do not write it.
Subscription
Home, about, pricing, coverage, funding, learn, and contact stay public. The desk, survey, and other research tools need an active subscription. Monthly is $57 the first month, then $97/mo, cancel anytime. Annual is $765/yr (save $399 versus $97 each month).
Not advice, not a broker
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, lending, or real-estate advice. AcreCheck is not a licensed broker, lender, or title company. Scores, acre prices, and well or septic ranges are planning estimates. Official program pages decide eligibility.
Data labels
OFFICIAL links go to named agencies or county sites. PUBLIC SEARCH links go to third-party marketplaces we do not control. YOUR PARCEL is something you saved. PRACTICE data is for letter drafts and checklists — it is not live inventory. ESTIMATE means a planning range, not a bid.
Your responsibility
Before you buy, borrow, or build, verify deeds, access, soils, floodplain, and program rules with county staff, licensed professionals, and the agency that issues the loan or cost-share. Third-party listing sites can be stale or wrong.
